BUB course in Munich

Our BUB course is aimed at both newcomers to sleep medicine as well as advanced users who want to update their knowledge. Thanks to a unique mix of lectures, seminars and e-learning, our course can cover the entire spectrum of sleep medicine diagnostics and therapy with a time requirement of only 2 attendance days.

Location

This course takes place in the beautiful and perfectly centrally located * Hilton Munich City Hotel * with catering - both during the lectures and during the breaks. Furthermore, we were able to arrange special conditions for the room prices with our conference hotel. Contact us!

Course content

After completing the course, you will be able to provide competent care to patients with suspected sleep-related breathing disorders and to carry out the necessary diagnostic measures (especially polygraphy), as well as to evaluate all available therapies in line with guidelines to help your patients become a guide in the CPAP jungle -Alternatives to be.

Certified

Our BUB course fully complies with the recommendations of the German Society for Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine (DGSM) and the requirements of the statutory health insurance associations (KV) to obtain authorization from EBM number 30900.


The content of the course consists of 3 sections

Online learning part (telelearning phase with free time allocation)

In the online part created according to the quality criteria eLearning of the German Medical Association, sleep disorders are dealt with in a multimedia and interdisciplinary manner. The learning is accompanied by communication and discussion via moderated participant forums and by email. Facts are imparted as the basis for the face-to-face course.

Presence part

In the face-to-face event, the content worked on in the telelearning phase is repeated and deepened. In addition, questions from everyday work are discussed. The focus of the attendance days is on the practical implementation of the BUB guideline. New therapeutic procedures such as hypoglossal nerve stimulation are also treated.

Internship

The first day of the course ends with a 4-hour internship in our sleep laboratory accredited by the DGSM. Our BUB course fully complies with the recommendations of the German Society for Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine (DGSM) and the requirements of the statutory health insurance associations (KV) to obtain authorization from EBM number 30900.
